GOLF SIMULATOR TERMS OF USE

*Please NOTE: simulators are no longer multi sport. They are GOLF only. 

By participating in simulator play, you acknowledge your agreement to the following terms. Failure to comply with these terms may lead to the forfeiture of your reservation and potential fees.

MAXIMUM PARTY SIZE IS 4

·        Groups larger than 4 are required to contact management for accommodations. This can be done through our website rockelmtavern.com under the “parties” tab.

·        Groups larger than 4 that have not made prior arrangements with management are subject to wait until we are able accommodate your group or forfeiture of your reservation.

AGE & SUPERVISION

·        You MUST be 16 or older to reserve a sim.

·        Children and minors (age 15 and under) will only be allowed with groups that have reserved the whole clubhouse for an event.

·       Clubhouse is 16+ ONLY at all times.

DAMAGE COVERAGE

·       All simulator equipment must remain INSIDE the bay at all times. You are responsible for any damage to the simulator or simulator equipment caused during your visit.

INJURY DISCLAIMER

·       By participating in simulator use you assume all related risks, both known and unknown and release Rock Elm, L.L.C. and Optimal Entertainment, L.L.C. from any and all liability.

NO-SHOW/ FEES

·       By making a reservation, you are agreeing to pay a $30 no-show fee if you fail to arrive or cancel 24 hours in advance of your reservation. Late arrivals will be charged for the full reservation.
