Cancel or reschedule a bay more than 24 hours before your start time and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, a bay cancellation is charged at 50% of the booking, because the slot rarely fills at that notice. Rescheduling instead of cancelling is always free if a slot is open, so it is worth asking before you cancel. Arriving late does not extend your booking, and if you have not arrived within 15 minutes and have not told us, we may release the bay to someone else and treat the booking as a no-show, charged in full. Lessons and fittings are appointments with a specific professional whose time is set aside for you, so the 50% rate does not apply. We ask for 24 hours' notice, and inside that the session is charged in full, as is a missed appointment. If your coach or fitter has to cancel, you are offered another time or a full refund, whichever you prefer. League entry fees are refundable up to the start of the season. Once a season is under way, entry is no longer refundable, because the draw and the scoring depend on a fixed field. Corporate nights and private buyouts are quoted individually and carry their own cancellation terms, which are set out in the quote. Memberships renew monthly and can be cancelled to prevent the next renewal, with three days' notice before the renewal date. We do not refund part-months, and unused daily session time has no cash value. If we have to close or cancel your booking, whether that is equipment failure, weather or anything else, you get a full refund or a rescheduled slot, whichever you prefer.
