Booking Policy
Booking 1. Tee times can be made in the Southern Swing app or on the website up 1 week in advance for non-members and 2 weeks in advance in for members. Tee times can be made in 1 hour increments up to 2 hours. 2. Payment for tee times is required at the time of booking. 3. There is a maximum of 4 people per tee time. Cancellation 1. Southern Swing does not offer refunds for any reason. 2. Tee times cancelled a minimum of 12 hours prior to your tee time may be rescheduled at no charge. 3. To cancel your tee time, you must use the Southern Swing app. Then, contact Southern Swing at 865-204-2900 so that we can reschedule your time for you. 4. Cancellations within 12 hours of the tee time must be phoned in by calling 865-204-2900. 5. Cancellations within 12 hours of the time or no shows cannot be rescheduled. 6. Failure to cancel tee times, even within the 12-hour window, or no shows may affect future bookings or availability for future bookings. 7. Exceptions to the cancellation policy for emergency situations can be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Southern Swing. 8. By booking a tee time, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy. 9. Southern Swing reserves the right to change this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Check-In 1. Parking is behind the building. 2. You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your tee time. 3. You may access the building via the app. Safety & Equipment 1. No cleats or spikes of any kind. 2. Make sure your shoes and clubs are clean. 3. Only use the balls and tees provided. Scuffed or marked balls may damage the screen. 4. Before you swing any club, check your surroundings to ensure no one or any obstacle is in the way. 5. Swing only in the designated area within the hitting bay. 6. Your shot must be directed toward the screen. 7. Report any accidents or damage immediately. 8. Users and guests are financially responsible for any damage to the hitting bay, putting green, simulator technology, lounge, and all other areas of the facility. 9. Southern Swing is not liable for personal injury or damage; users assume all risk of using the facility. Conduct 1. Be respectful of others. 2. You only have access to the simulator for your booked time. Regardless of the status of your round, please leave the bay when your time is up so that the next individual or group has the full use of their booked time. 3. No food or drink in the hitting bay or on the putting green. Keep all food and drink at the tables provided. 4. You are responsible for leaving the bay and the facility clean. 5. Southern Swing is a BYOB facility. A valid ID is required to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly. Never drink and drive. If you have been drinking, make sure you have a designated driver or make use of ride-sharing options. 6. Rude or intoxicated guests or members may be asked to leave. 7. Guests and members acknowledge that Southern Swing is under video surveillance. 8. Guests and members acknowledge that photography or video may be recorded and used for promotional purposes without compensation. 9. Failure to abide by the above rules may result in the cancellation of the remainder of your tee time, the cancellation of future tee times without compensation, loss of membership, or banning from the facility.
