Winter Junior Academy Levels 1 & 2 are designed to provide small-group, indoor training focused on developing strong fundamentals and building confidence in young golfers. Sessions will emphasize player technique, skill development, speed training, and purposeful practice in a fun and encouraging environment. If your junior golfer is new to our junior golf program, they will begin at Level 1. Players will progress through the program as they develop the skills, confidence, and consistency needed to advance to the next level. Our junior golf program revolves around Operation 36, a structured development program designed to help golfers learn the game through a combination of skill-based practice and on-course play. Operation 36 uses a six-level progression that encourages players to start from shorter distances and gradually work their way back to the full 18-hole teeing area as their skills improve. Players work toward shooting a score of 36 or better for 9 holes from each level before advancing. This approach helps juniors build skills progressively while learning how to play, practice, make decisions, and enjoy the game of golf.
