Albatross Membership includes:

· Up to 2 hours in the Private Suite per day.

· Member may reserve Tee Times up to 14 days in advance.

· Member may hold three (3) active Tee Time reservations at a time.

· Open 24/7/365, with entry through the One app.

· Up to three (3) complimentary playing Guests per visit.

· Playing Guests beyond three (3) are $25 per Guest per session.

More than a tee time. Your membership opens the whole Clubhouse during your reserved time: the lounge (sofa, chairs and a big wall TV), YouTube TV with NFL Sunday Ticket, Wi-Fi, and the stocked fridge and snack shelf.

Membership Fees of $279 are billed monthly for a six (6) month term, with the first month's payment due at signing.

TERM AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This membership has a six (6) month term. When the term ends, it continues month to month at the month-to-month Albatross rate of $309 per month unless Member renews for another term. Member may end the membership before the term is complete by providing at least thirty-one (31) days' notice before the next scheduled billing date. Ending early carries an early-exit fee equal to the difference between the month-to-month rate and the 6-month rate ($30) for each month used. Example: ending after four (4) months carries a $120 fee. Once the membership is month to month, Member must provide at least thirty-one (31) days' notice before the next scheduled billing date to cancel. Member will continue to receive membership access through the end of the final paid membership period. All Membership Fees are fully earned when paid and are not refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

HOLD

Member may place this membership on hold for up to two (2) months per year by switching to the Hourly Membership at $25 per month, plus $45 per hour in the Private Suite. Member keeps access to the Clubhouse during the hold and returns to this membership at their current rate when the hold ends. The term pauses during the hold and picks back up when Member returns.

What is Swing 365 Colorado?

A private, members-only indoor golf Clubhouse in Westminster, CO. Members book the Private Suite, powered by Full Swing, any hour of the day, and have the whole Clubhouse to themselves during their tee time.

Is it staffed?

No. You book and unlock the Clubhouse with the One app, and it's yours during your reserved time. No waiting. No interruptions.

How does membership work?

There are four memberships: Par, Birdie, Eagle and Albatross. Each one sets your daily time in the Private Suite (60 minutes up to 2 hours), how far ahead you can book (7 to 14 days), how many tee times you can hold, and how many playing guests come free.

Then pick how long: month to month, 3 or 6 months billed monthly, or a full year paid up front (12 months for the price of 11). The longer you commit, the lower your rate. Memberships start at $179 a month with a 6-month Par membership, billed monthly.

Memberships are capped to protect privacy and access. Once full, a waitlist applies.

What if I need to leave a 3- or 6-month membership early?

You can, with 31 days' notice. You pay the difference between the month-to-month rate and your committed rate for each month you used. Full-year memberships are paid in full and are non-refundable.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. Month-to-month, 3-month and 6-month members can switch to our Hourly membership for up to 2 months a year: $25 a month, plus $45 an hour whenever you want to play. Your rate is waiting when you come back, and a 3- or 6-month term picks up where it left off.

What else comes with membership?

Every member can play the Monthly Challenge and join our 8-week leagues (standard league fee; Eagle and Albatross members register early).

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

Yes. Your game, your clubs. Your own equipment gives the most accurate results and carries straight over to outdoor play. Please make sure clubs are clean. We supply premium balls and tees, and you're welcome to bring your own clean balls.

Can I bring friends or family?

Of course. Spectators are always free. Playing guests are $25 per guest per session, and every membership includes some free: 1 a month on Par, 2 a month on Birdie, 4 a month on Eagle, and up to 3 every visit on Albatross. Other Swing 365 members play with you at no charge.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Absolutely. Bring your own snacks and drinks, use the Clubhouse fridge, and enjoy your session however you like. Please tidy up before you leave. The Clubhouse is shared among members.

Is Swing 365 secure?

Yes. 24/7 monitored security cameras, entry through the One app, and a panic button in the Clubhouse. Privacy and safety are built in.
