Albatross Solo Membership includes:

· Up to 120 minutes of golf-simulator experience per day.
· Member may reserve Tee Times up to 21 days in advance.
· Member may hold four (4) active Tee Time reservations at a time.
· 24/7/365 access to the Swing 365 facility.
· Membership includes up to two (2) complimentary Guests per golf-simulator experience.
· Additional Guest passes available for $25 per Guest per 120-minute golf-simulator experience.

Membership Fees are due monthly, with the first month’s payment due at signing. This membership automatically renews each month.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This is a month-to-month membership that automatically renews each month. To cancel, Member must provide at least thirty-one (31) days’ notice before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests received fewer than thirty-one (31) days before the next scheduled billing date will result in one final monthly Membership Fee being charged. Member will continue to receive membership access through the end of the final paid membership period. All Membership Fees are fully earned when paid and are not refundable, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

Yes. Your game, your clubs. Using your own equipment ensures the most accurate results—and a seamless transfer to outdoor play. Please ensure clubs are clean. We supply premium balls and tees, but you’re welcome to bring your own (clean) balls.

Can I bring friends or family?

Of course. Guests who are spectating are always free. If they’ll be swinging, a guest fee applies. Other Swing 365 members? Bring them at no charge. Please note, our higher tier memberships include complimentary playing guests.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Absolutely. Bring your favorite snacks and beverages. Use the in-studio fridge and enjoy your session however you like. Just tidy up before you leave—your private studio is shared among members.

Is Swing 365 secure?

Yes. Our studio features 24/7 monitored security cameras, app-controlled access, and an in-studio panic button. Privacy and safety are built into the experience.
