Hourly Simulator Rentals Policy : We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate our valued customers, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via phone or through our online booking system. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 15/hr cancellation fee. - No Call/No Shows will be charged the full amount of the booking that was made.
