Planning Your Reservation
How long are the reservation time slots?
Book our golf simulator experience by the hour for up to four golfers. The putting practice area can be reserved in 30 minute increments.
How much time should I reserve to play an 18-hole course?
Without interruptions, it will take a single player around 50 minutes to play 18 holes. With interruptions (i.e., friends, dad jokes, mulligans, and drinks), expect a little—or a lot—longer. If you’re not sure how long to book, give us a call at 704–274-5946 for help.
How many golfers are allowed for a single reservation?
Up to 4 people can share a single golf simulator bay, but you can reserve up to 4 bays at a time (if available) for a total of 16 golfers. We can help you link the systems together for one big tournament!
Reserve the augmented reality putting green in 30-minute time slots for up to 2 players. You can rotate players and putt with a larger group, too.

Do I have to sign anything ahead of time?
All players are required to acknowledge the Rules of Play and sign a Consent and Waiver of Liability form when booking their reservation. We will have copies at the check-in desk as well.
About Your Visit
Can I start playing as soon as I arrive?
For the most part, yes! We suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and ensure that you’ll enjoy your full tee time. Once in your golf simulator bay, expect a few minutes of instruction before your first swing if it is your first time.
Putting is available immediately, or we can show you the ropes.
Do I need to bring any of my own equipment?
We supply the clubs, balls, tees for your game. You may also bring your own clean clubs or rent a sparkling set of Callaways from us! Gloves, merch, and other golf accessories are available for purchase.
Do you serve food, drinks, and/or alcoholic beverages?
We serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We have pre-packaged snacks available for purchase. We have also partnered with Rocky’s Pizza and Whit’s Frozen Custard for free delivery to guests at Tempo Golf Club, when available.
What is and isn’t allowed during my visit?
We want to help you have fun while also protecting all parties from potential mishaps. Our Rules of Play are policies put in place to keep you, your friends, and our staff as safe as possible.
