Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing our indoor golf simulator for your entertainment experience! Our state-of-the-art simulator provides a fun and immersive golf experience, whether you're an experienced golfer or just looking for some recreational fun. Please review our booking policy below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. 1. Reservation Requirements: Booking: All reservations must be made in advance through our online booking platform The 19th Tee on Android or Apple devices. Booking Window: Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance. Minimum Reservation Time: Each session is a minimum of 1 hour. Maximum Reservation Time: A maximum of 4 hours per booking. 2. Pricing: Hourly Rates: Our standard pricing is based on an hourly rate. Rates are subject to change and may vary based on peak hours, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made through credit card, debit card, or other available methods through our booking system. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee. No-shows or cancellations after the scheduled time will not be refunded. 3. Arrival and Late Policy: Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reserved time to check-in, settle in, and receive a brief orientation of the simulator. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals will not be extended beyond the scheduled end time. We recommend arriving early to ensure you get the full duration of your booking. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or shorten your booking without refund. 4. Group Size: The maximum number of players per simulator is 4 with a maximum occupancy of 8 per simulator. Larger groups may need to reserve multiple simulators. For safety and comfort, all players should be of appropriate age and maturity to participate in simulator activities. 5. Equipment & Use: Clubs & Balls: You must bring your own clubs and balls, but please refrain from using any that may damage the simulator. Appropriate Attire: While casual attire is welcome, proper footwear (no high heels or open-toed shoes) is required for safety. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing for ease of movement. 6. Food & Drink Policy: If you wish to bring your own food or drink, please request prior approval from management. Alcohol may be consumed only in moderation and in accordance with local laws. We encourage responsible drinking and reserve the right to deny access to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 7. Simulator Maintenance: We strive to provide the best experience for our guests and ensure that our simulators are in top condition. However, should there be any technical difficulties during your session, we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. In the event of a malfunction that causes a significant disruption to your session, we will offer an extension of your time or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances. 8. Behavior: We expect all guests to behave respectfully and responsibly during their time at the simulator. Any disruptive behavior, including but not limited to damaging equipment, excessive noise, or aggressive actions, will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. 9. Liability: By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your group. You agree to use the simulator and its equipment at your own risk. We are not liable for any personal injuries, damages, or loss of property during your visit. 10. Changes & Special Requests: If you need to modify your booking (such as changing the time, date, or group size), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Refund/Cancellation Policy
