Grab your team and get ready for The Golf Den's Inaugural Winter League! Registration will open October 26th. Be sure to reserve your sport early as our league is on a first come, first served basis. The details for our Winter League are as follows: The league kicks off November 16th at 6PM and runs for 8 weeks. There are 16 slots available. Teams will have the option to choose their day to play on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. The times are 6PM-8PM or 8PM-10PM. The time slot the team chooses will remain the same for the duration of the league. Each team will consist of 5 players. 4 of the 5 will play per week with one player acting as a sub or alternate. Teams will play 9 holes on a different course each week. The format will be cumulative strokes per team. Each week competing teams will be assigned points. The first place team of the week will receive 16 points, the next team 15, etc. There will be a 6 week regular season and a 2 week playoff. The 6 teams with the most points at the end of the 6 weeks will enter into a playoff and the winning team will receive the Grand Prize. The remaining teams will enter into a separate playoff bracket and the winning team will receive a $140 gift card to The Golf Den. The entry fee for the league is $1375 per team. The GRAND PRIZE will be a $2750 Stay and Play at Crystal Springs Resort. Each team member will receive a gift card, each with a value of $550. If any team member wishes to use their handicap, we ask that GHIN or one of various apps is presented at the start of your first round. Registration can be completed online or by phone.
