Friends & Colleagues Unlimited Monthly Membership

What's Included:

• Unlimited Simulator Time:
  • Book in half-hour increments during both peak and off-peak hours.
    
  • Includes up to two named members with unlimited monthly simulator access.
  • Each member may book their own simulator time and can play with or without the other members present.
• Unlimited Guests:
  • Anyone is welcome to join you in your bay with no guest fees as long as one of the two members listed on the account is present.
• Priority Booking:
  • Book simulator time two weeks before reservations open to the public.
• Discounted Lessons:
  • 15% off all golf lessons with our instructors.
• Discounted League Fees:
  • 15% off league fees for all leagues.

How It Works:

• Upon purchase, the Unlimited Golf Package will be linked to your account making you the primary member for this multi-person membership.
• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person at our facility. Be sure to mention your membership if booking with a staff member. Walk-in bookings subject to availability. 
• This membership is available to colleagues, families, business partners, or other groups. Members do not need to reside in the same household.

Renewal & Cancellation:

• Memberships automatically renew monthly on the same date of purchase.
  
• Cancel anytime to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellations can be made through your online user account or by contacting The Golf Garage in person or by phone.
• Only the primary member can cancel multi-person memberships.

Adding a Secondary Member to Your Account:

This information will also be provided in your membership confirmation email after purchase.

• Account Setup:
  • Each member needs an account with The Golf Garage if they wish to make their own bookings.
  • Members can create an account on The Golf Garage’s website.
  • If an account isn’t created in advance, we can set one up for you. Members will need to reset their password using the email address provided to access their account and make bookings online.
• Adding Members:
  • The primary account holder can either:
    • Email the name of the secondary member's name and email address to info@thegolfgaragemn.com.
    • Add the secondary member in person with assistance from our team when visiting the facility or by phone.
• Need Help?
  • If you encounter any trouble, feel free to call us or visit us in person.
  • Customers may also make their first booking without a membership by booking on the web or by phone, and we’ll help you get set up a membership when you arrive at our facility.

Additional Information:

• No-Show Policy: Missed bookings may result in restrictions to future reservations. Please cancel any unneeded bookings at least 12 hours in advance.
  
• Special Events: Some events may not be included in the membership benefits. Check event-specific details for eligibility.
• Payment Responsibility: The primary account holder is responsible for all monthly payments.
• Discounts: Membership discounts for leagues and lessons apply only to the two named members on the account.
