We understand that everyone's lives are fluid and life happens to the best laid plans we schedule. Do you best to set a day and time for your lesson / class that fits your schedule based on our availabilliity.
We also understand that events happen that interfere with our best laid plans. We ask for 24 hours notice for cancelling a lesson / class if possible, but sometimes a few hours notice arise. We are flexible with cancellation but have a three strikes policy. The first two cancellations within 24 hours are complimentary / no charge BUT the third will be charged at normal rate.
