We strive to provide the best possible golf instruction experience. To ensure our schedule runs smoothly and to respect the time of our instructors, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will incur a charge of the full hourly rate for the session.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled lesson without any prior notice will also be charged the full hourly rate.
Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies can arise. If you have a legitimate reason for a late cancellation or no-show, please contact us directly, and we will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Payment: Charges for late cancellations or no-shows will be processed through the payment method used to book the appointment.
