What YOU get:

• Access to Members Only Hours: 
  • 5am - 9am everyday.
  • Available all day during Major Holidays.
  • Available all day Monday during Off-Peak Season (May-Oct)
• 15 Hours of Simulator Rental Time Per Month:
  • Can be used during both peak & off-peak season, all hours
  • That's $750-$900 of value. Said differently, this membership saves you up to $600/mo.
• 30% off additional rental time. Any time. Any day:
  • Once your membership hours are used up, you'll receive 30% off all future hours. 
  • That means you never pay more than:
    • $42/hr during peak season (Nov - Apr), prime hours (after 3pm M-F, weekends).
    • $28/hr during off-peak (May - Oct), non-prime hours (before 3pm M-F)
    • These rates are divisible across all parties during the reservation. 
• Bring up to 3 guests per visit during "Members Only" Hours:
  • Bring up to three friends, family or co-workers during exclusive access to our facility.
  • None of our other memberships allow for a foursome during member hours.
• Priority Booking:
  • Book up to two weeks before public access.

How It Works:

• Upon purchase, the membership selected will be linked to your account. If you don't have one, you will create an account before final purchase.
• Reservations are best made online, however you can call and/or reserve time at our facility in person. 
• If not reserving online, be sure to tell staff your membership type.

Renewal:

• Memberships auto-renew monthly on the same date of purchase.
• Memberships that have been charged are non-refundable once processed.

Cancellation:

• Cancel anytime.
• Cancellations can be made through your online user account or by contacting The Spot via phone or in-person.
• If you elect to cancel, you do retain your membership until the expiration date. Which is typically 30 days from the date of purchase.

Additional Details you'll want to know:

• Membership is non-transferable.
• Members are required to cancel any unneeded reservations at least 12 hours (24 would be excellent) in advance of your reservation. Failing to do so can result in those uncancelled booked hour(s) being charged. 
• Members that bring more guests than their membership allows can be charged up to $25 per guest, per hour. 
• Members and all guests are required to use only the bay they reserved. If members or their guests use additional bays, The Spot reserves the right to charge additional booking hours up to $60/hr. 
• By signing up for a membership, the member agrees to have an excellent time at The Spot :)
