During this 3-part, spring & summer junior program, you'll get onto the golf course right away and will be evaluated on what your strengths and weaknesses are. We will identify what you need to do to improve and set goals on what to work on throughout the season. This is session 3 of a 3-part program, which will prepare you for high school golf and season long improvement in a competitive, yet fun and collaborative environment.
Session 3 - 4 weeks of 75-minute-long sessions. Continuous development while continuing to utilize the improvement plan, we will blend lesson time, on course implementation, and self-evaluation. Throughout this session, the goal is to continue to build from session 2 where we will be on course to put your game to the test in various tournament formats, while creating an opportunity to play another golf course to get outside their comfort zone.
Upon completion of the session, the student will understand the following...
- How to practice
- What to practice
- Understand their individual club selection
- How to identify the cause and effect of their ball flight
- How to conduct themselves on the golf course at all times
Using their evaluation after Session 1, I'll finalize their evaluation which will encompass how they've improved and what the student needs to continue to work on. This program is meant to prepare them for golf at a higher level and to help them prepare for JV or Varsity tryouts.
