Joseph Laurentino, PGA Professional
Making golf make sense—so you can enjoy it and play better.
With over 25 years as a PGA Professional, I’ve helped golfers of all skill levels improve their performance and enjoy the game more.
I was honored as a Metropolitan Section PGA Teacher of the Year and am the author of The Negotiable Golf Swing. I also spent 17 years as the host of the News 12 television segment Golf Long Island, where I shared practical insights to help golfers play better.
My coaching blends experience with modern technology. Using video analysis and FlightScope data, I help players clearly understand their swing and make measurable, lasting improvements.
I believe golf shouldn’t feel complicated. My goal is to simplify the swing, give you a clear plan, and help you see real progress—whether that’s making better contact, hitting it farther, or becoming more consistent.
Whether you're picking up a club for the first time, getting back into the game, or trying to take your performance to the next level, I’ll meet you where you are and help you improve in a way that makes sense.
I’ve also had the opportunity to present my teaching concepts to PGA students at major universities, including NC State, Ferris State, and Penn State.
If you're looking for a smarter, more enjoyable way to improve your game, I’d love to work with you.
