This is a 4 week, 90 minute series looking to improve your overall body stability and awareness levels. We will give education on your own body and how it was designed to work. Each week will progress from the previous week, ensuring you are learning and building your body (strength and stability levels) in a safe and effective way. After the 4 weeks you will be equipped with a strong set of exercises to perform both at home or at the gym to ensure you are working your body in a golf-specific way. Cost is $200 for the 4 week series. Limited to 6 students for the 4 week series.
