This program is designed for juniors looking to sharpen their skill set while become better overall athletes. Led by both a Certified Instructor and a Golf Biomechanics & Fitness Professional, the main goal is to educate young juniors on proper ways to maximize development not only as a golfer, but as a well rounded athlete. Within the 5-week program, juniors will learn body control, body awareness, and improve their ability to move like an athletic. We will be looking to create more body control and awareness which will help lead to proper swing mechanics.
