This is a 4 week, 90 minute series looking to improve your mobility and flexibility levels. We will discuss how to create mobility and how to maintain optimal range of motion at the appropriate joints. Each week will cover a different concept and/or area of the body ensuring the entire body is discussed to fulfill your personal needs. At completion of the series you will be equipped with stretches and exercises to perform at home or at the gym to keep you moving freely. We will also cover things to do on course to ensure your body is ready to swing fluidly without restriction.
Cost is $200 for the 4 week series.
