Private lesson cancellation policy: We require a 24 hour cancellation policy on all private and semi-private lessons. The client will be charged the full rate of the scheduled lesson times for cancelling, being late, or not showing up to the lesson. We do not refund unused pre-paid lesson packages. If weather conditions cause a lesson to cancel, there will be no penalty. Pre-paid lesson series must be consumed within 6 months from date of purchase. Expired lessons are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
