Spring Junior Development Program Velocity Golf Academy & Fitting Center @ The Harmon Club The Spring Junior Development Program is our most immersive junior training experience of the season—combining structured skill development, on-course learning, and competitive play in a fun, supportive environment. Designed for juniors of all ability levels, this small-group program (maximum of five students per class) delivers personalized coaching while keeping players engaged through purposeful station rotations and interactive challenges. Each 75-minute session blends one-on-one instruction with dynamic training stations focused on building complete golfers from the ground up. What Makes the Spring Program Special As we move outdoors for the season, players expand beyond the Learning Center and train throughout The Harmon Club’s world-class practice facilities. Juniors will develop their games using: • Full swing training • Dedicated short game areas • Putting development stations • On-course learning on the Harmon Short Course This real-golf environment helps players learn scoring skills, decision-making, and course management—key elements that accelerate development and build confidence. Program Structure • 8-Week Program • Runs late April through late June • No sessions during Memorial Day week • Register for Mondays or Thursdays (or both) (same schedule as winter sessions) • 75-minute classes • Maximum 5 students per group Each session includes: • Personalized instruction • Skill-development station rotations • Competitive learning games • Guided on-course experiences Season Finale Tournament The program concludes with a fun and competitive Junior Short Course Tournament during Week 8. Players put their skills to the test in a supportive event setting—an exciting way to celebrate progress and build confidence on the course.
