Wonder Tenant Membership (WTM) Guidelines:

1. You must be a current tenant of the Wonder Building and registered with a Wonder Tenant domain email address.

2. With your WTM you pay no membership fee and will receive a 20% discount on prevailing rates for hourly simulator usage.

3. Your WTM does not provide discounts on other goods and services such as golf club rentals, gift cards, events, or other membership types.

4. If your employment with the Wonder Building Tenant ceases, your WTM will terminate.
