PLEASE NOTE- Up to five minutes of all reservations may be used for transition, cleaning, set-up, maintenance and repairs. Our staff will make every effort to get you into your simulator as quickly as possible. However, in some cases, you may not be able to start your session until 5 minutes after the beginning time of your reservation, and in all cases your session ends at the end time of your reservation. Please remember you have booked for a specific amount of time, not a specific number of holes. Booking policy: All tee times over 2 hours or using multiple sims, will require a credit card to hold the reservation. Please call the store with this information to avoid possible cancelation of the reservation. A Friendly reminder that you are booking the simulator for a set amount of time not a set number of holes. 18 holes takes approximately 1hour per person. Please book accordingly when adding more players to your reservation. Each simulator has a 6-person max. Cancelation policy: We ask that all cancellations are done at least 24 hours ahead of time. No shows will be tracked and habitual offenders will be locked out of the reservation system. Due to increased last min cancelations and no shows, we have updated our cancelation policy to the following: To avoid possible charges for lost time, all cancelations must be made by the end of business hours the day before the scheduled reservation.
