Policies
All reservations and pro services are billed upon completion of play. During check-in, we keep credit cards on file and request IDs for rental sets. Please note that 5 minutes of each reserved hour is allocated for a demo speech for first-time guests and for any necessary simulator repairs.
Online reservations are available only on the hour, but half-hour extensions can be requested based on availability. Thank you for your understanding!
