Would you like to hit the ball farther, gain more distance? Of course, you do! Our new Speed Series was created for you to improve your clubhead speed and gain distance. Each student will be provided with a variety exercises and physical movements which will help increase: • Clubhead speed • Power • Explosiveness • Efficiency in their golf swing. Drills will focus on improving: • Mobility • Stability • Footwork • Balance • Increasing Power • Endurance Regardless of your skill level, increased physical and mental performance will lead to increased golf performance on the course.
