Following his retirement from the U.S. Navy in 2016, Coach Ed decided to take a hiatus to unwind and relax. While he was decompressing, he discovered golf as a way to enjoy a good walk as well as take pleasure in a game with family and friends. It was during his decompression period that he decided to journey further into the wonderful world of golf and pursue a career as a golf professional.

Coach Ed began his journey to acquire a more profound comprehension of the golf industry by completing a Professional Golf Management degree from Keiser University's College of Golf. He has taken biomechanics classes with Dr. Kwon. He has received certifications from Bobby Clampett?s Impact Zone Golf, and completed an advanced golf club fitting certification through PING Proving Grounds. Additionally, he?s actively working towards becoming a PGA of America Member.
