Due to high demand of our simulators, cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your Simulator Session commencement time will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of your Simulator Session commencement time will be charged 50% of the cost of the booked Simulator Session. No shows will be billed 100%.
