Since demand for our services often exceeds available staff time, we have adopted the following policy to provide service to as many people as possible. (1) If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (614) 874-0178. (2) If you do not cancel your appointment within 48 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
