All of our cages are oversized and outfitted with balls, tees, hitting mats and L-screens. During the Summer there is a pitching machine in each cage at no extra cost.  

• We do not provide personal equipment - You must bring your own such as bat, helmet, glove, etc. 
• Maximum of 4 bodies per cage please. 
• If you plan to use the pitching machine, please note they do require someone to feed them.
• Absolutely NO moving our pitching machines please. They are set up at the correct distance to mimic a pitcher's release point. If your athlete is younger, you may move the white home plate closer to the machine or reduce the speed. 

TEAMS: Cage Packs can NOT be used for team trainings. If you are a team interested in renting our space for your team practice then please reach out directly. We help make sure you have enough time & space. OPEN TURF POLICY: There is an open turf area in the back of our facility. Please keep in mind that access to the open turf is "upon availability" only. We frequently use that space for our training which of course takes precedence. If open turf is available then it is a great space to stretch, throw, do some fielding/low grounders, pitch off the portable mounds or bring your own plyocare balls for arm work off the concrete wall.  Anyone who rents a cage is welcome to use that space before or after their cage time - IF it is available.  It is for individual cage rentals only. Text with any questions! 612.200.3921
