Breakaway Spring PITCH/CATCH - Spring '24 (April 2nd is PITCH only - no catching that date only) In the professional game, Spring Training is a vital step in transitioning a player from individual-based development to in-season competition. It is intended to review fundamentals, refine mechanics, give quality reps, lay a strong foundation and speed things up in preparation for live games.  Brower Baseball is here to support you this Spring. We have two options, created for Breakaway Families. The timing is meant to support those of you who would like to train in-school and right after.  SPRING BREAKAWAY OPTIONS… ALL of our Breakaway Spring training sessions are now sold A-La-Carte for you to be able to grab the individual days/sessions that work perfectly into your schedule. For hitters - please see Breakaway Spring SWING Spring PITCH/CATCH: (This is a throwing program for both positions… then pitchers will translate to the mound and catchers will translate to things like framing & throwing footwork. Catchers, please see gear notes below.) - March 19 - May 21st (OFF March 26th for your SB. April 2nd will be pitching only, no catching) - Tuesdays 3:30-4:15pm - Cost: $55 each - Instructor: Jim Brower - with the exception of April 2nd. Eric Fischer will coach on Tuesday, April 2nd and there will be NO CATCH that day - Pitching only. GEAR: Please wear athletic clothes/shoes (no cleats). Players must provide their own personal equipment for all training. Catchers do not need to bring all gear, catchers glove only. For a full CATCH program please see our other Spring Program offerings. CANCELLATION POLICY:  We have made these sessions very flexible so you can sign up for only the sessions that work for you. Therefore, there are no refunds throughout the program. For our Breakaway players, we are open to you finding a friend to sub in if you need to miss a session. That sub would need to have a profile/waiver with us and we would need to know when to expect that swap. Another option is if you cancelling PRIOR to 1-week before your session then we will add a 30-min cage rental (value $45) or 1-hour cage rental (value $65) to your account, depending on the value of the program you are cancelling. Those cage credits will be available to use between May 15 - August 31, 2024.
