Spring is where athletes separate. Not by doing more... But by doing it consistently. This is our STRENGTH-ONLY Pass for: - High School Players - Age 12-14 Youth players We also have a variety of passes for our skill-based hitting/pitching training sessions as well. See "Lessons/Passes" SCHEDULE: - All workouts are always at our JET location - SUNDAYS: 6:00pm or 7:00pm....... As of right now, Sundays are only for High School age group. We will look to incorporate age 12-14 if there becomes a need for it. - MONDAY - THURSDAY: 6:00pm, 7:00pm, or 8:00pm. NOTE: To help keep groups organized by age, we recommend that the 12-14 year olds aim for the 6:00 PM session on M/T/W/TH sessions - while high school players can prioritize 7:00 PM or 8:00 PM. However, mixing is absolutely fine if schedules require it. TO SIGN UP FOR A SESSION: First go to PACKS/PASSES and purchase your STRENGTH PASS Then come back to this page and sign up for the day you would like. Be sure to choose your pass as your payment method! In-season strength training isn’t about chasing max numbers in the weight room. It’s about continuing to build strength the right way... supporting durability, maintaining power, and helping the body handle the physical demands of a long season without unnecessary fatigue. -------------------------------------------------- CANCELLATION POLICY for Spring STRENGTH only: Enrollment is limited so we can keep training groups small and ensure players maximize reps. Therefore, if you need to cancel a session, please refer to the following STRENGTH cancellation policy: - Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust staffing and offer the spot to another athlete who might have been hoping for it. - You may reschedule into another available session before that 24 hour window. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in the session still being deducted from your pass. - Sessions are valid for 2026 STRENGTH sessions only and expire at the end of our Spring Series on May 17, 2026.
