The goal of this program is to provide flexibility while still ensuring each player gets the work they need. The following outlines the overarching process for the Power Series this Summer. Please review the instructions for the first week and reach out with any questions.  IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS for FIRST WEEK.... For the first week only, players can still choose the time that works best within each session, but we ask that they arrive at the TOP OF AN HOUR. Each hour, coaches will gather any new players to review the program structure, answer questions, and advise them on how to best plan the time needed to complete their work going forward. Arrival Options for Monday the 15th and/or Wednesday the 17th - 9:30, 10:30, or 11:30 am Arrival Options: Tuesday the 16th and/or Thursday the 18th - 12:30, 1:30, or 2:30 pm NOTE: If you are STRENGTH ONLY - Please plan to come in during the last 2 hours of each day (M/W @ 10:30 or 11:30am / T/TH @ 1:30 or 2:30pm) AFTER THE FIRST WEEK: After the first week, players should understand the flow of the program and they may arrive at any time during training hours. As attendance patterns develop, we may make minor adjustments to help balance age groups and training activities, but our goal is to provide as much flexibility as possible while maintaining a productive training environment. HOW LONG SHOULD PLAYERS STAY? At the beginning of each session, players should check in with a coach. Coaches will help determine the best plan for the day based on training goals and upcoming games. Assuming 2x per week, and as a general guideline: - One skill (Hitting, Pitching, or Strength): 45 - 60 minutes - Two skills: 1.5 - 2 hours - Three skills: 2 - 2.5 hours NOTE: Strength training should always be completed after hitting and/or pitching work. WORK HARD. HAVE FUN. Players are welcome to stay for the full three hours, but they do not need to. They only need to stay for the full three-hour window if their training plan for the day requires it, or if they want to hang out, shoot hoops, or challenge one another to a long drive competition on the golf simulator:)
