This is a WAITLIST-only for our CATCH Development Program 2024-25
This is how I will organize and communicate with those of you interested in our CATCH program this Winter before establishing sessions/days/times/etc for you to choose from. Refer to email sent on September 25th for program details.
NOTE: You are essentially registering for a communication list. You will receive a "registration confirmation" email with a date/time that looks like an appointment. Please know that is just the expiration of the waitlist - not an actual appointment.
Please reach out to us to cancel or reschedule any services with us.
Programs / Camps / Clinics: Participants who cancel 2 weeks prior to the start of a session may contact us for a refund or credit request - less a 10% (max of $75) non-refundable administrative fee. Cancellations after 2 weeks prior to the start of a session will not receive a refund or credit unless accompanied by a physician's note showing medical necessity. NOTE: We will always do our best to work with you on rescheduling, so be sure to reach out!
Lessons: A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to reschedule your lesson. Please call, email or text us if you need to cancel or reschedule any personal lesson.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, the lesson will not be rescheduled unless due to medical necessity. Brower Baseball does not provide refunds for unused lessons when purchased as part of a lesson pack. Customers will be charged for any lesson not completed due to a student's failure to show.
Cage Rentals: A minimum of 4 hour notice is required to cancel/reschedule. Please call, email or text us if you need to cancel or reschedule any cage rental. If outside of that 4-hour window then a credit will be applied to your account for future use.
Access Pass Holders: No shows will be held to a "3-strikes you're out" policy. From that point forward your ability to book online will be revoked and you will need to reserve your cage by directly contacting us.
