Spring SWING:
In the professional game, Spring Training is a vital step in transitioning from individual development to in-season competition. It reinforces fundamentals, refines mechanics, provides quality reps, builds a strong foundation, and accelerates game readiness. That’s exactly what our Spring Training programs are designed to do!
Hitters - Learn how to make quality contact, increase your exit velocity and stay sharp at the plate with powerful & consistent swing patterns. Consistency is key... Spring SWING is for those players looking for a full hour of concentrated hitting development.
FOCUS – There will be a training focus each week, introduced on Mondays. You can attend one week and skip the next without falling behind. Need extra work? Double up on sessions for extra reps! All topics covered are essential to player development.
As with everything we teach—nothing is one-size-fits-all. No matter the age or program, our training is customized to each individual player to meet them where they are at.
NOTE TO PLAYERS – Come to sessions with questions or a specific focus in mind. Understanding your own strengths and weaknesses is crucial to making in-game adjustments and maximizing your development.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please review our policy below prior to registering for any sessions. We offer small, personalized training sessions, which means space is limited. When a session sells out, a last-minute cancellation not only affects our instructors but also prevents another player from training. To keep things fair and efficient, we have the following cancellation policy. While we do not offer refunds, we offer several flexible options for you to make changes as needed!
***Schedule Changes (72+ Hours’ Notice):
We’re happy to move your player into another available session if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to contact another family and fill the open spot.
***Late Cancellations (24-72 Hours’ Notice):
We will cancel your spot and credit your account with a cage rental - a generous way to help buffer the loss while still giving you valuable training time. Cage rental credits can be used between May 1 and August 31, 2025.
***Same-Day Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours’ Notice):
Unfortunately, we cannot offer credits or reschedules for same-day cancellations. At that point, it is too late to fill the slot.
***Alternative Option Always Available: Find a Friend!
Give or sell your slot to another player - no matter how last minute it is. Please make sure they are the correct age and have an account with a profile/waiver on file with us. Finally, please shoot us a text to let us know of the change so we can expect them! 612.200.3921
Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a high-quality training experience for all players!

PRIVATE LESSONS:
Spring is still a busy season for small group training, which means private lesson availability will continue to be limited.
For players ages 9-14, we highly recommend small group training as a reliable foundation, with private lessons added as needed - especially when a player requires a more targeted, laser-focused approach to address specific challenges.
This combination ensures steady development while still allowing for personalized instruction when necessary!
