6-TOOL - Multi-Skill Development Program Pitching - Hitting - Fielding Includes extra Spring fielding (New!) AT BROWER BASEBALL, our mission is simple: to help players grow - both on and off the field. With Major League experience in playing, coaching, analytics, and program design, we know what it takes to compete - and win - at the highest level. See the "about us" page on our website for more info! www.BrowerBaseball.com - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - WINTER DEVELOPMENT at BROWER BASEBALL… We love this time of year for training! Winter development is the best way to prepare players to stay strong, healthy, and ready for the demands of a long season - both physically and mentally. Our 12-week Winter Development Programs (Dec - March) are built as a structured progression, guiding athletes week by week, giving them the consistency and support they need to grow with confidence. It may be cold outside, but inside we keep the energy high, the effort strong, and have lots of fun, training hard for a game we love - with families we adore. LET'S DO THIS! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 6-TOOL MULTI-SKILL PROGRAM... 6-Tool is one of our most popular programs during the Winter months. It supports those players looking to cover all the bases - literally. Being a "five-tool player" encompasses hitting for average and power, as well as throwing, fielding, and running. At Brower Baseball we aim higher… We develop “6-TOOL” players by adding on an additional skill that we specialize in: Pitching. NEW THIS YEAR – SPRING FIELDING ADD-ON for 6-TOOL... We’re upping the game with 4 extra hours of dedicated fielding training this Spring! More time, more value, and another way we’re raising the bar for our 6-Tool athletes. In the past, we used the first 10–15 minutes of each session for fielding. That works early on while arms are ramping up, but as the program builds, we want to focus that time on hitting and pitching - while still giving fielding the spotlight it deserves. This year, players will get a punch card for four 1-hour fielding sessions (expires in Spring) with multiple day/time options. More space, more reps, and more chances to sharpen agility, footwork, and glove work! 6-TOOL DETAILS: - 90 minutes, 1x/week, 12 weeks - AGE 9-11 (actual age, not playing level - see "training age" below) - Cost: $1265 - Initial payment of $465.00 at time of registering, plus 2 payments of $400.00 which will run automatically every 30 days until satisfied. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - DATE RANGE for all Winter Programs... Programs are 12-weeks and will run from early December through mid-March. Once you register, find your training day below (ex. Monday) and you will find the date range for Winter session/schedule, with any exclusions... No sessions for Winter Break (Dec 22-Jan1) & Super Bowl Sunday (Feb 8)... - SUNDAYS: Dec. 7th - March 8th. (OFF 12/28, 2/8) - MONDAYS: Dec. 1st - March 2nd (OFF 12/22, 12/29) - TUESDAYS: Dec. 2nd - March 3rd (OFF 12/23, 12/30) - WEDNESDAYS: Dec. 3rd - March 4th (OFF 12/24, 12/31) - THURSDAYS: Dec. 4th - March 5th (OFF 12/25, 1/1) - FRIDAYS: Dec. 5th - Feb 27th (OFF 12/26) - SATURDAYS: Dec. 6th - Feb 28th (OFF 12/27) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - LOCATION INFO... Each individual session begins with "JET" or "CHAMP" to denote which facility you are signing up for: - Champions Hall (CHAMP) - 7000 Washington Ave South, Eden Prairie, MN 55341... Sits on the border of Eden Prairie and Edina, right in the middle of where Hwy 494-169-62 intersect. We are located inside, to the left of the Starbucks counter. - JET-55 (JET) - Sits on the border of Minnetonka/Plymouth, just north of Ridgedale Mall. If using Google maps type in "Brower Baseball Plymouth"... Apple Maps takes you to the wrong side - we are on the back side of the huge Jet-55 building. We recommend typing in "Luce Line Brewing" - We are directly across the street from them! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - APPLIES TO ALL WINTER PROGRAMS... - SMALL GROUP: We love training in groups of six or less, ensuring all of our players receive focused attention and tailored coaching. - MINDSET and GAME APPROACH is a weekly focus in all programs. Our goal is to teach both mental resilience and game understanding. - TECHNOLOGY/ANALYTICS: Technology played an integral part of our experience in the professional game and therefore is worked into most of our training. Depending on the program and age group, we incorporate tools such as Rapsodo, radar, HitTrax, biomechanical assessments, force plate technology, and video analysis. We introduce these technologies with our primary goal always being to help players understand the "why" behind what we teach, enhancing their baseball IQ and preparing them for real-game situations when immediate feedback (technology) isn’t there to depend on. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - THE ANSWERS TO ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS...... So please read! ;) - TRAINING AGE: Our training is based on a player's "actual age" and NOT their "playing age or level." (for example: A player that is 11 years old and plays 12u should register for age 9-11 programs and NOT age 12-14 programs.) Pitching distance and pitching machine velocity will be adjusted to accommodate appropriate playing level. - AGE LIMIT: Players can register for a session prior to turning the required age, but they must turn that age at some point during the program (Dec 2025 - March 2026). - PERSONAL LESSONS IN THE WINTER: Please don't count on lessons during the Winter. Our main instructors run all of our development programs so finding hours to also offer 1:1 time is extremely rare. - PERSONAL EQUIPMENT & WHAT TO WEAR: Players must provide their own personal equipment for all programs. Wear comfortable athletic clothes and sneakers or turf shoes - no cleats please. - WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy is different in the winter than the rest of the year. Please familiarize yourself with our Winter cancellation policy prior to registering for any of our Winter programs... We keep our training groups small and personalized, which means space is limited. To keep things fair and efficient, we have the following cancellation policy... - Cancellations made before November 1, 2025 are eligible for a full refund or training credit, minus a $75 non-refundable administrative fee per program. - After November 1, 2025, no cancellations or refunds will be issued unless accompanied by a physician’s note for medical necessity. In those cases, a future training credit will be issued, minus $75 or 10% of the total paid - whichever is greater. We do have the following options if you need to miss a session... - NEED TO MISS A SESSION? Please read the following details to fully understand your options - and restrictions - when it comes to missing your assigned session. Our Winter Development Programs are 12 weeks long, and the session/slot you register for will be on the same day/time each week. We need that consistency to establish a strong foundation and help your player create lasting growth. While missed sessions can’t be made up, we’ve added a bonus "FLEX NIGHT" and a "FIND a FRIEND" option to help keep players on track... OPTION #1 - FLEX NIGHT Flex Night provides an additional opportunity for extra reps and guidance if life gets in the way of a training session. - EXCLUSIVE FACILITY ACCESS - Designated space for those families who missed. - NO COST - It’s included with the Winter Program as added value for those families who need to miss a session. - LOCATION - Flex Night will always be at our JET LOCATION. Times will be shared once we establish them. - OPEN-GYM STYLE - Players can hit in cages, throw a bullpen, use bands/plyo-wall for arm care, catchers - block fastballs off the machine, etc. Space is shared and will be "open-gym" style. - OVERSIGHT: An instructor will always be present to guide, answer questions, and give oversight (pitching or hitting - depending on the coach scheduled that week). - IMPORTANT: We really encourage players to make it to their assigned session - that’s where the real progress and personalized coaching happens. Flex Night is our way of providing you with a BUILT-IN BACKUP PLAN - so if life gets in the way, players still have a chance to stay on track, get great reps in and families receive quality replacement value. OPTION #2 - FIND A FRIEND (new this year): Have a friend in the same program but on a different night? You can help each other out if you need to miss a session - by swapping spots! RULES TO USING THIS OPTION: - Both players must be in a Brower Baseball winter program - Same age bracket - Same skill focus (especially pitching, to protect arms) If those line up, you’re welcome to exchange nights. Just give us a heads-up so we know to expect the change!
