Our Winter Development Programs (Dec - March) are built to guide athlete's week by week, giving them the consistency and support they need to grow with confidence.
It may be cold outside, but inside we keep the energy high, the effort strong, and have lots of fun, training hard for a game we love - with families we adore. LET'S DO THIS!

Winter GOLD GLOVE Details...
Coach Jordan Larson (former professional infielder and Division I player at Northern Illinois University) heads up all Hitting at Brower Baseball and will lead players through this fast-paced Gold Glove program - to include:
- Fielding: Designed to sharpen an infielder’s athleticism, improve range and clean up footwork & glove actions through structured drills and agility work.
- Hitting & HitTrax: The session concludes with quality reps and drills and then a competitive HitTrax game (hitting simulator), where players break into teams for valuable reps & live feedback from their coach.
- Age: High School
- Each session is 1.5 hours
- Players split into two teams for the HitTrax Competition. Great to do with friends or teammates.
- Cost: $75
- REGISTRATION: We will open a few weeks at a time. A-la-carte sessions are available to everyone but we will try to give first dibs to those families on our waitlist who do not have a Winter program and who have asked to be notified about this Saturday option.

LOCATION INFO...
All Saturday HYBRID 6-tool sessions will be at our "JET" location as we will be using a large amount of space and several tools located at that facility for this program.
- JET-55 (JET) - Sits on the border of Minnetonka/Plymouth, just north of Ridgedale Mall. If you use Google maps type in "Brower Baseball Plymouth"... Apple Maps takes you to the wrong side - we are on the back side of the huge Jet-55 building. We recommend typing in "Luce Line Brewing" - We are directly across the street from them!

APPLIES TO ALL WINTER PROGRAMS...
- SMALL GROUP: We love training in groups of six or less, ensuring all of our players receive focused attention and tailored coaching.
- MINDSET and GAME APPROACH is a weekly focus in all programs. Our goal is to teach both mental resilience and game understanding.
- TECHNOLOGY/ANALYTICS:
Technology played an integral part of our experience in the professional game and therefore is worked into most of our training. Depending on the program and age group, we incorporate tools such as Rapsodo, radar, HitTrax, biomechanical assessments, force plate technology, and video analysis.
We introduce these technologies with our primary goal always being to help players understand the "why" behind what we teach, enhancing their baseball IQ and preparing them for real-game situations when immediate feedback (technology) isn’t there to depend on.

THE ANSWERS TO ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS...... So please read! ;)
- TRAINING AGE: Our training is based on a player's "actual age" and NOT their "playing age or level." (for example: A player that is 11 years old and plays 12u should register for age 9-11 programs and NOT age 12-14 programs.) Pitching distance and pitching machine velocity will be adjusted to accommodate appropriate playing level.
- AGE LIMIT: Players can register for a session prior to turning the required age, but they must turn that age at some point during the program (Dec 2025 - March 2026).
- PERSONAL LESSONS IN THE WINTER: Please don't count on lessons during the Winter. Our main instructors run all of our development programs so finding hours to also offer 1:1 time is extremely rare.
- PERSONAL EQUIPMENT & WHAT TO WEAR: Players must provide their own personal equipment for all programs. Wear comfortable athletic clothes and sneakers or turf shoes - no cleats please.
- WINTER CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our cancellation policy is different in the winter than the rest of the year. Please familiarize yourself with our Winter cancellation policy prior to registering for any of our Winter sessions... We keep our training groups small and personalized, which means space is limited. To keep things fair and efficient, we have the following cancellation policy...
- NO CANCELLATIONS for these HYBRID sessions. They are sold a-la-carte so offer ultimate flexibility to sign up for what you know will work. Much appreciated!
