SPRING CRUSH - In-Season Performance Program for High School Players Hitting - Pitching - Strength March 9 - May 17 | Brower Baseball - JET Facility You worked hard this winter. Now the goal is protecting those gains. Spring baseball places heavy physical demands on athletes. Practices ramp up, games pile up, and recovery becomes more important than ever. One of the biggest mistakes players make during the season is stepping away from the routines that helped them improve. ***NOTE from Coach Brower to ACE+ Players.... It is an absolute necessity to maintain your strength consistently through spring and summer. The season schedule is notoriously hard to pin down but please protect the gains you worked hard for this winter. Spring CRUSH is designed to build a strong support structure around your season - providing consistent support in hitting, pitching, and strength training - so you can protect the gains you worked hard for, keep your development moving forward and perform at your best in the moments that matter most, whether you trained with us this Winter or not. -------------------------------------------------------- WHAT DOES A CRUSH NIGHT LOOK LIKE? CRUSH sets our athletes up with a flexible training window to work directly with our coaches on whatever they need most in hitting or pitching that night/week. Every visit can be customized to the player and what they need that day in their season. That might be... - bullpen work with a pitching coach - swing adjustments with a hitting coach - strength training - arm care and recovery - reviewing game video and making adjustments -------------------------------------------------------- IS CRUSH THE BEST OPTION/FIT FOR ME? It’s designed to be flexible, efficient, and extremely valuable for all athletes during the season. Spring CRUSH helps athletes: • Maintain strength and power during the season • Keep mechanics dialed in on the mound or at the plate • Catch small issues before they become big problems • Build confidence making adjustments during games • Stay connected to the coaches helping guide their development -------------------------------------------------------- SCHEDULE CRUSH training happens at JET (Plymouth). - Players doing hitting or pitching can arrive anytime during the following training window. - Strength workouts begin at the top of the hour so if you are going to work on pitching/hitting and also workout, then plan your arrival accordingly. - Sessions will be condensed if needed, based on registration. Sunday: 6:00 - 8:00 PM (Off Easter Sunday) Monday - Thursday: 7:00 - 9:00 PM NOTE: There is also a strength-only option available: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 – 7:00 PM.... However, that time frame includes 12-14 year old athletes, so we recommend high school players plan to workout at 7:00 or 8:00 PM as often as possible. Feel free to join the 6:00 PM session if needed and be an example of their next level. -------------------------------------------------------- HOW DO I BEST USE CRUSH? Players can choose to come in 1-3 times per week depending on their schedule and the pass they purchased. A typical visit might look like: • Check in with a coach to establish plan. • For pitcher: Complete pre-throw arm care and throw a bullpen w/coach • For hitter: Work w/hitting coach for 30 minutes, maybe review adjustments from recent games • Complete a strength workout w/trainer **Players are encouraged to come with questions, game footage, or a focus for the day. -------------------------------------------------------- PRICING OPTIONS - There are two ways to participate: Option #1 - Single CRUSH Pass $55 Drop in for a single night of hitting and/or pitching. Option #2 - Training Pass Training passes provide the best value and flexibility. 1. Strength Pass - $450 - Strength training only - Up to 2 workouts per week - 18 total workouts over the 10-week program 2. CRUSH Pass - $395 - Hitting and/or pitching support - Up to 9 sessions across the 10-week spring training window 3. CRUSH+ Total Access - $895 (best value) - Complete access to the program. (includes strength). Still must sign up so we can staff accordingly. HOW TO REGISTER USING A PASS: - Go to Packs/Passes - Purchase your desired spring training pass - Come back to this page and add the individual sessions you would like to your cart - be sure to choose your pass as the payment method. ---------------------------------------------------- CANCELLATION CRUSH sessions allow more flexibility due to game schedules. We simply ask for 24 hours notice if possible. No-shows will result in the session being deducted from the pass.
