For 15 years, Buck has served as the Director of Instruction at the prestigious Escondido Golf & Lake Club. He has been recognized by GOLF Magazine and consistently ranked as one of Golf Digest’s "Best in State" for eight years, while also earning a Top 100 Club Fitter designation from Ping.

Buck’s expertise has shaped a diverse clientele, including PGA Tour winners, nationally ranked juniors, Collegiate All-Americans, and six Players of the Year—including two in 2025. While he utilizes advanced swing technology and precision club fitting, he maintains a personalized, simple coaching philosophy designed to improve scoring and maximize enjoyment for all skill levels.

Beyond the course, he is a proud board member of the Texas Wounded Warrior Foundation and a dedicated supporter of veterans nationwide.
