If you are new to our facility please arrive to our facility 5-10 minutes early for everyone in your party to fill out a customer profile/waiver. All Patrons must fill out this document or have one on file from a previous visit. This helps us get you into your bay on time. Thank you!

?Your rental will begin on the hour or half hour of the time reserved (If you arrive late you most likely will not receive your full rental time if there is a tee time booked behind you). Please arrive on time in order to ensure a smooth transition between reservations. Please be aware that there might be a reservation booked right behind yours and we will give warnings at the 10 and 5 minute mark before your time has completed - we try our best to ensure both parties get their full time that was rented. 

Service Type Definitions:

Simulator Rental - Can be placed in any of the 6 bays. 3 Bays only have golf, the other 3 bays have golf and multisport. If you wish to make sure you get a multisport bay please select the service type "Multisport"  

Multisport - Will be placed in 1 of 3 bays that have golf and multisport capabilities. Multisport games include: Hunting, Basketball, Football, Baseball, Disc Golf, Soccer, Hockey, Zombie Dodgeball, and more.  

There is no additional cost to play in a multisport bay and you may go between any of the sports during your rental period.

     DIVOTS GOLF LOUNGE RULES AND REGULATIONS:

• You will be asked to sign a waiver to participate in any recreation here within the facility. 
• It is your responsibility to ensure you safely play all the games available here at Divots. 
• No horseplay or malicious acts will be permitted within the facility - You will be asked to leave the facility without reimbursement.
• You may bring your own clubs to out facility to use. If you don't have clubs rental clubs are available at $5 per set, please tell the employee up front if you need to rent a set. Adult Left, Right, and Childs Right sets are available.
• Your personal clubs must be clean before using in our bays - This is important as dirty clubs can damage our screens.
• Please bring a brand new ball of your choosing to hit in your bay. Or a brand new ball can be purchased at the front.
• You may only use a brand New Golf Balls when hitting into our screens. No sharpie lines or designs of any kind.
• Reservations can have a max of 5 people per bay.
• No refunds will be permitted within 8 hours of your reservation.
• Flat Soled shoes only - No Golf Shoes with spikes of any kind, heels, or wedges are allowed in the bays.
• NEVER more than one person inside of the bay when someone is swinging a club
• Simulator quality plastic tees are available at the bays - No Golf Course tees of any kind can be used.
• You may bring in outside food to your bay or Doordash to your bay.
• BOYB in a small cooler
• No Smoking or Vaping inside

Please NOTE: Indoor Putting green is not included in your bay rental and may be accessed for a small fee upon arrival.
