Dogwood requires membership. Our base membership (social) is $5, and is good for 5 years. If a "price" is displayed for booking, it represents a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be collected at the close of the reservation, along with any F+B purchased. This amount can be split amongst your entire party. Our fees for booking a bay as a social member are $40 per hour Mon-Thurs before 5pm and $55 per hour all other times.
No cancellations accepted within 24 hours of the reservation time. Outside 24 hours, the deposit (50%) may be refunded. No shows, and cancellations within 2 hours of the reservation will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
