• Payment is required in full at the time of reserving a simulator.
• Pricing is per bay, not per golfer.
• Each bay accommodates up to a maximum of six (6) players.
• Members may reserve a simulator up to 14 days in advance.
• Non-members may reserve a simulator up to 7 days in advance.
• Reservations require a minimum of one (1) hour with a maximum of four (4) hours per booking.
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation for check-in.
• We strongly recommend downloading the GOLFZON GLOBAL app and/or creating your GOLFZON ID to access recorded swings and performance statistics.
• Reservation Time Guidance for a round of golf:
  • Single player: 1 hour
  • Two players: 2 hours
  • Three players: 3 hours
  • Four players: 4 hours

• Reservation may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.
• Reservation within 24 hours cannot be canceled or rescheduled and will be considered final and non-refundable.
