Ages 11-16 The program is taught by Operation 36 Top 50 Coach Tom Flockhart Coach Tom believes in providing a learning atmosphere where kids can feel comfortable, make new friends and have fun! Your child can start in the INTRO Operation 36 program and then join the full program or go straight into the full Operation 36 program. The Operation 36 program is structured so that your child learns golf through 12 subjects of curriculum based lessons and you as the parent can track their progress through the Operation 36 app and help them on their golfing journey! Playing golf on the golf course is CRUCIAL to learning the game and that is also included in the program with "Play Days" scheduled where they can attempt to shoot 36 or less on our par 3 golf course in the summer or the indoor simulator in the winter from their designated yardage (Level 1, 2, 3, etc). If they shoot 36 or less they move up a level! Measurable progress for kids! Examples Level 1 - play 25 yard holes Level 2 - play 50 yard holes Level 3 - play 100 yard holes The kids also receive a bag tag with all of the 12 subjects and when they pass a test they receive a sticker for their bag tag!
