All lesson cancellations must be done by the instructor, as they have the option to re-allocate the lesson credits back to your account. Golfuture YYC requires a minimum 24 hours notification on all private or semi private lesson cancellations. The Golfuture YYC requires a minimum 7 days notification on all group clinic cancellations and is subject to approval for refund through the Director of Golf Operations. In every case we encourage and accept a transfer of the lesson purchase to another student or in the case where the date conflicts we recommend the enrolment be moved to another preferred date in the same program.
