Offseason Golf Strength Program - Junior

All golfers will receive a TPI assessment during the first week. This assessment is the gold standard in golf fitness and identifies why ones body may struggle with a certain part of the swing and/ or the overall functionality of the swing in relation to speed and stability. The assessment will then provide each student a tailored practice plan to their body, targeting areas of improvement, via the TPI app. In addition, a 6 week, 3 times a week, golf strength program will be provided with each class alternating weekly through the prescribed regiment.
