All golfers will receive a TPI assessment at the beginning of class. This assessment is the gold standard in golf fitness and identifies why ones body may struggle with a certain part of the swing and/ or the overall functionality of the swing in relation to speed and stability. The assessment will then provide each student a tailored practice plan to their body, targeting areas of improvement, via the TPI app. In addition, 3 golf strength workouts will will be provided with day 1 of 3 being completed during the class. The second half of the class will consist of full swing practice on the launch monitors and putting practice on the 8' X 22' putting green. SMALL CLASS SIZE: 4 Students - 2 Instructors
