** If paying at facility, please bring cash, check, or have an active venmo account** Powered by Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), this eight-week program helps golfers build strength, enhance mobility, and perform their best both on and off the course. Participants receive a comprehensive TPI mobility screening, an individualized four-day-per-week workout plan, and eight one-hour guided training sessions. The curriculum targets overall athletic development while addressing each golfer’s specific mobility needs to promote a stronger, more efficient swing and improved daily movement.
