We understand unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 12 Hours Notice 12-hour advance notice is required when cancelling a lesson as we are typically booked 2 weeks in advance. Giving 12 hours notice gives the opportunity to someone else to schedule a lesson in your reserved time. If you are unable to give 12 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount for your lesson. Lessons cancelled outside of 12 hours will be eligible for rescheduling and will not count against your series if applicable. No refunds will be available for no shows. No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their lesson for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Your lesson will be considered used. No refunds will be available for no shows. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your lesson will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose lessons follow yours. Regardless of the length of the lesson given, you will be responsible for the “full” lesson. Out of respect and consideration to your instructor and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. Remember, warm-up balls are included with the lesson so if you have time, come early and get loosened up. No refunds will be available for no shows.
