For decades, Fredrick has been competing on professional golf tours, in Division I golf as well as state and national amateur tournaments. During those years of competition, Fredrick gained a deep understanding of the biomechanics of the golf swing and putting stroke, discovering what to practice and how to practice. He learned to strategically attack a golf course like the PGA Tour professionals using statistics like strokes gained.

Fredrick has studied under some of the best golf coaches on the PGA and European Tours, including swing coaches Sean Foley, Dr. Young-Hoo Kwon, Mike Adams and David Ledbetter.  The top 2 putting coaches in the world; David Orr and Phil Kenyon. The #1 golf strategy coach Scott Fawcett.  He’s also worked with the 2 of the top physical trainers in the game; Thomas Malchow with Trainfuly and Christopher Noss with Joey D Golf.
