Demo bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled demo time or failure to attend (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the $20 demo fee and an additional $25 no-show charge. No-shows will also be restricted from booking another demo or future membership. By booking a demo, you agree to these terms.
