Winter private lessons take place at Burloak Indoor Golf and are approximately 45 minutes in length. Trackman 4 technology is utilized to collect club & ball data. Slow motion video is used to analyze the golf swing and body motion. Following each session, students will receive a feedback through 'CoachNow'.

Sean provided instruction at Glen Abbey 2001-2020 and was the Director of instruction 2007-2020. Sean now provides instruction out of RattleSnake Point Golf Club during the summer months and at his winter facility, Burloak Indoor Golf during the winter months. Sean was recently honored as the 2020 'Coach of the Year' by the PGA of Ontario and in 2016, was honored as the 'Teacher of the Year for Junior Golfers'. In 2011, Golf Digest named Sean as one of four prominent teachers in Canada. In 2009 he was honoured as the Provincial and National 'Teacher of the Year' by the PGA of Ontario and PGA of Canada.
